I'm Brandon Bange, and that's my name on the machine

Brandon Bange, owner of Bange Dirt Co. — 15 years running skid steers, excavators, high-lifts, and dozers across Lincoln County, Missouri

Your call always gets through.

No endless phone tree, no voicemail black hole, no crew chief reading off a clipboard. Every call gets answered — day or night — so you're never left waiting six weeks. Then I come out, walk your property, bid the job with my own eyes on it, and run the machine myself when the work gets done.

Fifteen years in the dirt

I own and operate Bange Dirt Co., working across Lincoln, Pike, Warren, and the surrounding Missouri counties. I've spent 15 years around heavy equipment and construction, and somewhere along the way the job stopped being a job. I fell in love with it — running the machines, reading the land, and taking a property that's fighting its owner and turning it into something that finally works.

That's still the part I like best. Walking a site before anything's been touched, spotting the real problem, then standing back when the dust settles to see the difference. Drainage that won't quit. Land grown up in brush. A driveway that washes out every spring. A building pad that needs to be dead level before the first wall goes up. I've done the work to fix all of it.

Fifteen years has taught me that good dirt work isn't about moving the most dirt — it's about understanding how water runs, how ground settles, and how to build something that holds up long after the equipment's loaded back on the trailer. So I do it right the first time, tell customers the truth even when it's not what they hoped to hear, and sweat the details nobody notices until years later, when they're glad somebody got them right.

People keep calling me back for simple reasons: I'm honest, I'm fair, and I show up when I say I will. I put my name on every job — so I stand behind every job.

Why "God Guides, We Grade."

My faith isn't a marketing line — it's how I was raised to work. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." (Colossians 3:23.) That's the bar. It means I treat your property like the work matters, because to me it does. God guides the land; I just help you grade it so it works the way you need it to.

As a husband, father, and business owner, my faith shapes how I run things. The company runs on one simple idea — "God Guides, We Grade." Integrity, hard work, and treating people the way you'd want to be treated.

God's first in my life — everything else is built on that. After Him, my drive comes straight from home: my wife of seven years, Allie, and our three kids, Rylann, Scarlett, and Owen. They're the reason I do the job right and keep my word. When I come bid your property, I treat it the same way I'd want somebody to treat my own family's place — honest about what it needs, careful with your money, and built to hold up for years. The values we live by at home are the same ones I bring to your dirt.

I'm not here to preach at you from a job site. I'm here to fix your drainage and build your driveway right. But if you were wondering where the name comes from — that's it.

What I do — and what I leave to others

I do residential dirt work for homeowners across Lincoln, Pike, Warren, and the surrounding Missouri counties — out to the towns just over the St. Charles County line: concrete tear-out and removal, yard grading, French drains, land clearing, forestry mulching, driveway and pad prep, erosion control, culvert installation, and trenching.

Truth is, I don't just move dirt — I solve property problems. You're not buying a load of rock; you're buying drainage that works, usable land, a solid place to build, access that holds up, and the peace of mind that it got done right the first time.

What I don't do: pour the concrete myself, do your landscaping, or take on commercial site work and civil demo. But when old concrete has to come out, I tear it out, haul it off, prep the base, and through a premium partnership with Schultz Concrete I coordinate the new pour — so you make one call instead of juggling three contractors. I'll never pitch you a job you didn't ask about. Family-owned and operated, plain and simple.

Homeowners, landowners, farmers, businesses — if you've got a property problem, I can help you solve it.

What neighbors say

Real reviews from real neighbors are on the way.

I post them with a first name and a town as folks send them in — I don't run made-up quotes. Want to be the first? Book a bid and I'll earn it.

Want me to come look at your job?

Tell me what's going on. I'll come out, give you a straight bid — usually this week — and the work usually follows in the next two-to-three.
